Hi Dave
Better late than never, well done for all the work you and the team put into making Chester Lions light parade a success and enjoyable event. Although I was not on the actual ride , I did take some nice photographs and have included them in next months Wing span. Well done all you Goldwing owners who took part in the static display and braved the weather, and those who did the light parade, or both. Goldwing Riders did it again yeah!

Hi dave and the team. Well done to all of you. Myself and chandra were glad to have been a part of the light parade and the photo shoots. We thoughly enjoyed the weekend and so did ian aka owen from coronation st.
He was like a big kid on the back of my bike taking pickies on his phone. lookin forward to the next event.

Hi Dave,
At Smiths Honda with Ian Puliston Davies. It was a very good and friendly atmosphere.
I would say that the photo shoot April 11th was the best to date, due to Ian’s very friendly personality.
Ian was quite happy to stay and have photographs taken with who ever wanted to pose with him. I have arranged for Ian to start the Light Parade run from the Castle car park i.e. wave us off and then be a passenger on Jim Nightingales bike. I informed him about the Sunday ride out and the scooter rally, as Ian has a vintage Lambretta, he was very interested, so I have also arranged for Jim to carry him as a passenger on the ride out on Sunday (subject to confirmation)

Latest update on the Chester Lions Goldwing Light Parade.

It has just been confirmed that the next photo shoot for the Chester Lions Goldwing Light Parade will take place at Chester Honda Christleton Chester on Wednesday 11th April at 2-15pm. Ian Pulson Davies (the builder) from Coronation St will be in attendance including the Local radio, Chester the Cat, Lord Mayor of Chester, Local press and any Goldwings that wish to attend.
Sorry for the short notice but I have only just received confirmation.

As the Chairman of the Lions Light Parade Committee, Les Gillott said “We managed it again, good turn out and good atmosphere”.
I’m just waiting for the next photo shoot in about three weeks time, in which Ian Poulson Davies (Owen from Coronation Street) will be taking part. Until Ian gets his shooting schedule we can’t confirm the date but are hoping for Friday 13th of April (to be confirmed over easter) All clubs and individuals are invited.
